Account verification

Verification is primarily required to confirm the player's identity, as only individuals of legal age are allowed to play at PokerMatch. Verifying your personal information also protects your account from unauthorized withdrawals. The verification process consists of 4 steps and is completed only once.

Verification Steps at PokerMatch

Complete your profile in the personal account

PokerMatch account profile. First, make sure all fields in your profile are filled in. In addition to the nickname and email provided during registration, you also need to enter the following information:

First and last name
Gender
Date of birth
Passport or ID card number
Current address

Clear photo of passport pages

Passport photo for verification. You must upload clear photos of the first two pages of your passport, with all details visible and nothing blurred or intentionally hidden. If you're over 45 years old, you’ll also need to provide a photo of the third page. We emphasize that the information must be legible in the image — otherwise, a repeat verification might be required.

Photo of your payment card (both sides)

Take photos of your payment card from both sides and upload them to your account in the "Verification" section. On the front of the card, blur all digits except the first 6 and last 4. On the back, hide the CVV2 code (last 3 digits) and, if the card is embossed, the corresponding digits should be hidden as well.

PokerMatch card verification. If your card is not personalized (no name printed), you’ll also need to provide a screenshot from your online banking profile showing your full name and card number — again, only the first 6 and last 4 digits should be visible. Alternatively, a statement from your bank with your card data is also accepted.

Note that the cardholder’s details must match the information provided in your PokerMatch account.

Linking your card to your PokerMatch account and making your first deposit

The final verification step is linking your bank card to your account at the bookmaker site. To do this, make your first deposit of at least $2.50 (approx. 100 UAH). If you have any questions, contact the PokerMatch support team and a technical specialist will assist you shortly.

What is card verification?: Cards used for deposits and withdrawals must belong to the account holder. To confirm this, PokerMatch staff will perform card verification. You need to upload photos of both sides of the card. Use an image editor to blur all digits except the first six and last four. Also, hide the CVV2 code on the back and, if embossed, blur the same digits on the front. If your card is not personalized, you must also provide a screenshot from your online banking profile or a statement showing your card data. After this, link the card by depositing at least $2.50.
